**All orders have a turn around time of 25-30 business days (Monday- Friday) except those posted in the ready to ship collection which ship in 7-10 business days or orders that are not in stock pre-orders (which can take longer since product needs to be ordered) ** please do not combine RTS (ready to ship) and MTO (made to order) items in the same order otherwise your order will be refunded...all RTS products will have RTS in the listing**

Our current business hours are Monday-Friday 9-4pm EST (I do take weekend time for my family)

Please be aware all items are made to order unless they are specially in the ready to ship album. Our current turn around time is running about 6 weeks (business days M-F). Once your order is complete your shipping label will be printed and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
