**All orders have a turn around time of 25-30 business days (Monday- Friday) except those posted in the ready to ship collection which ship in 7-10 business days or orders that are not in stock pre-orders (which can take longer since product needs to be ordered) ** please do not combine RTS (ready to ship) and MTO (made to order) items in the same order otherwise your order will be refunded...all RTS products will have RTS in the listing**

Refunds/returns/exchange policy

We do not accept returns. All bows are made to order. Please make sure your order is correct. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept bows as returns or exchanges.

Refunds will only be offered in the event that the item you ordered was oversold and/or not available to fullfil your order. Refunds will not be offered for any other reason.
