**All orders have a turn around time of 25-30 business days (Monday- Friday) except those posted in the ready to ship collection which ship in 7-10 business days or orders that are not in stock pre-orders (which can take longer since product needs to be ordered) ** please do not combine RTS (ready to ship) and MTO (made to order) items in the same order otherwise your order will be refunded...all RTS products will have RTS in the listing**

Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped through usps and be provided a tracking number. Once your item has been dropped off/picked up please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. If any issues arise during transit I advise you to reach out to your mail carrier or local post office to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately I have little control on my end once the package has left my hands.
